The location is good but this hotel needs a lot of renovation and upgrades. I had to change rooms twice because the hot water wasn’t working. The staff was really nice about it though and helped me find a room that worked out, hence the 4 star. The rooms need upgrades too. It’s below par compared to the other Garden Inn locations I’ve stayed in.
Rooms were very clean. Bathroom was clean. I felt safe. Staff was friendly. Hotel is close to restaurants, shopping, gas station and a mall. There is a designated smoking area off to the side of the lobby. There’s a nice paved public walking trail behind the hotel. I’ve stayed there several times and will probably stay there again.
Great service, nice breakfast but no sign that it is not free continental breakfast, it was $16. Chips from the café up until 10 is also nice and drinks from the bar. All very nice.
Good fitness center, small pool but few used it during my stay. Restaurant uses same parking lot. Bar onsite. Friendly staff
Excellent hotel; clean rooms and good amenities; pool, fitness room and laundry. Great location right off I-70 and close to shopping (.09 mile) from a mall. They accept dogs and cats, but at a very steep price. Lots of restaurants nearby, but Smoke House BBQ is waaaaayyyy over-rated.
I don't travel much anymore but I've done my share in the past. I was at the Hilton Garden Inn for 2 events over the weekend. Yes, the place needs "refurbished" and they are working on it. Our room was fine. Beds were comfortable, bedding and pillows were fine. The location is a bit noisy because it's right by the freeway but not too bad. The staff was amazing. From check-in to check out, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. We rode the elevator with several workers going to rooms and they were friendly as well. The wait staff - amazing! We were a large group of mostly women and you know how that can be! But everyone I visited with had a great time and good things to say. I actually hope our event next year is at the same location!! Kudos to management for making their staff feel appreciated and please let them know I appreciated all their welcome smiles and service!!
Nice clean and modern hotel. Big spacious parking lot. Easy access from I-70
My wife and I attended our church anniversary banquet. The meeting space was nice and food was pretty good too. We decided to stay overnight and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The room was a bit worn, but comfortable, and there were issues with the bathroom faucet. The good news is that there is a major renovation underway so things will be even nicer when it's completed. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful.
